Office hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday- Friday
You can come into the office or use our self- service center. We have Applications, (Interim) Income Change forms and Apartment Lists at the entrance to our office. You can fill out the forms and return in our drop box beside the door. The Forms are available 24/7 for your convenience.
If you have any change in your income notify the office immediately, you will need to complete the interim forms and provide verification of your income (or lack of income) and verification of unemployment, and all other monies that your household receives. We understand obtaining this information may be difficult so please call us if you need assistance getting these verifications. We may be able to help out or let you self- certify your income.
The Columbus County PHA’s mission is to provide safe, decent and sanitary housing conditions for very low-income families and to manage resources efficiently.
