INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE FACILITY SERVICES REQUEST SYSTEM

• Visit the "Columbus County" web site at https://columbusco.org/
• Go to the "Staff Only" drop down window and click on “Facility Services”
• Under “Work Order Request” click on the “Work Order Management” icon
• Sign in. (If you don’t have a sign-in contact MIS)
• Fill out the ““Facility Services Request Entry Form” and enter.
• Enter a clear general description of the problem. (“AC blowing hot” rather than “A/C”, “light flickering” rather than “Light”, etc)
• (The W/O goes to a “Pending” file pending the actions of the ““Facility Services Director” or the “Administration Support Specialist)
